membership and billing terms

Sanctuary Social Club offers the following membership tiers:

• Enthusiast Membership 
• Collector Membership 

Each tier includes specific benefits, privileges, and limitations as outlined on the Club website at the time of enrollment. Benefits are non-transferable and may vary by tier.

The Club reserves the right to modify benefits, offerings, or eligibility requirements with reasonable notice.

Paid memberships are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment.

• Enthusiast Membership: Billed monthly at the published rate 
• Collector Membership: Billed monthly or annually at the published rates; annual billing reflects one complimentary month 

By enrolling, you authorize Sanctuary Social Club to charge the payment method on file for all applicable membership fees, taxes, and approved charges.

All payments are processed securely through the Club’s designated payment processor.

All paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled or modified in accordance with Club policies.

• Monthly memberships renew monthly 
• Annual memberships renew annually 

Billing will continue until the membership is properly cancelled, paused, or changed.

Members may request cancellation, upgrades, downgrades, or other membership changes through the Club’s designated request form or by contacting Club administration.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle 
• Partial months are not prorated or refunded 
• Annual memberships are non-refundable once billed 

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of Club policies or misuse of benefits.

Eligible members may request a temporary pause, subject to Club approval.

• Pauses must begin on the first day of a calendar month 
• Mid-month pauses are not permitted 
• Membership resumes automatically at the conclusion of the approved pause period 

Membership benefits do not accrue during a pause.

Certain membership tiers may allow the addition of a Secondary Member or authorized users.

• The Primary Member remains financially responsible for all charges 
• Secondary Members and authorized users must comply with all Club policies 
• Access and privileges may differ from those of the Primary Member 

Collector Members may elect to use a House Account for approved on-premise purchases.

Authorized charging privileges may be extended to:

• The Primary Member 
• The Secondary Member, if applicable 
• Additional pre-approved authorized individuals, provided such authorization is submitted in writing by the Primary Member and approved by the Club 

The Primary Member remains fully financially responsible for all charges made to the House Account, including those incurred by authorized individuals.

House Account terms include:

• Charges must comply with Club policies and spending limits, if applicable 
• Statements may be issued periodically 
• Outstanding balances must be paid in accordance with Club billing terms 

Failure to maintain a current account balance may result in suspension or revocation of House Account privileges.

All membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Unused benefits 
• Early cancellation 
• Temporary closures 
• Missed events or experiences

Sanctuary Social Club reserves the right to update membership pricing, billing practices, or these terms with reasonable advance notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guests, and fellow members.

The Club reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the Club or its community.

Sanctuary Social Club is not responsible for loss of personal property, injury, or damages occurring on premises except as required by law.

Participation in Club events and use of facilities is at the member’s own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky. 

By submitting a membership enrollment or change request, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Membership & Billing Terms 
• You agree to be legally bound by them 
• Your submission constitutes a digital signature and enforceable agreement
